These terms govern your use of abdulkarimsekta.com and the services offered here. The website and services are provided by Abdulkarim Sekta ("we", "us"), an individual teacher. When you book a class, you are contracting with Abdulkarim Sekta.

Acceptance

By using this website or continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Services

We offer online one-to-one lessons in Quran, Tajweed, Qira'at, Arabic and Islamic Studies (60 minutes per paid class) and a free first consultation.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security (uploading malware, probing, scraping or attempting unauthorized access). Please provide accurate information when booking.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the website, recordings, videos, teaching materials and branding. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

Service level

We do our best to provide reliable lessons and website access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Lesson times are confirmed by email and may be rescheduled by agreement.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our secure payment provider, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The provider handles payment, billing, tax and receipt questions, while class content and teaching matters are handled directly by us. See also our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to our services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
